Objective:To investigate the clinical value of 99mTc-TF myocardial perfusion imaging combined with 99mTc-HL91 hypoxic imaging in the evaluation of myocardial viability in SMI(subclinical myocardial infarction)patients. Methods:A total of 62 SMI patients met the WHO diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease were included in the study. Then 99mTc-TF myocardial perfusion imaging and 99mTc-HL91 hypoxic imaging were performed and these SMI patients were divided into the normal group, myocardium survival group and non-myocardium survival group according to the results.Meanwhile, the left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF)of the three groups was measured at rest, and the LVEF values were analyzed between the groups with one-way ANOVA.Results:Of 62 SMI patients,12 were categorized into the normal group, with LVEF values of(69.16±12.36%),38 in the myocardium survival group, with LVEF values of(58.69±19.61%),and 12in the non-myocardium survival group, with LVEF values of(34.16±13.27%).There was no significant difference in the LVEF values between the normal group and the myocardium survival group(P=0.073),while significant differences were observed in the LVEF values between the normal group and non-myocardium survival group,as well as between the myocardium survival group and non-myocardium survival group(P<0.05).The results indicated that loss of myocardium would lead to decreased cardiac function, which could be detected by the combined application of these two methods. Conclusions:Combined application of 99mTc-TF myocardial perfusion imaging and 99mTc-HL91 hypoxic imaging can simultaneously detect the myocardial state and myocardium viability in SMI patients from various aspects, which is of certain clinical significance in the assessment of the disease severity in SMI patients and subsequent treatment.Meanwhile,it could serve as a new method to evaluate the myocardium viability in the myocardial infarction area for the departments temporarily not equipped with positron emission computed tomography(PET/CT).
