Protective Effect Of HCA-Ⅱ Against Hypothermal Preservation Of The Isolated Perfused Dog Kidney

HC-A solution is the most widely used internal solution for kidney preservation, its value has been testified by its practices over 20 years. But with the recognition for ischemia and reperfusion deepenly, HC-A solution can not satisft with the demand for new condition. Althought UW solution is knowned as the gold standard for organ preservation, but it cost expensively so it use less.HCA-â…¡ based on Organ hypothermia preservation solution five elements.This new preservation solution bottom on HC-A in accordance with HTKsolution and UW solution. HCA- II solution was lowerer than that with amending HC-A solution and simily withUW solution; Histological Analysis Grade of HCA-II solution was superior to HC-A solution ( p< 0.01)and UW solution (p>0.05)amending HCA-II solution better protection to the hypothermia preservation of the isolated perfused dog kidney., It can evaluate self-restraint kidney solution objectively,.
