Appraised Efficiency Of Regulating Blood Lipids Of Black Currant Raw Juice

Objective: To appraise the efficiency of lowering blood lipids of black currant ,and to offer basis for further utilization of black currant. Methods: According to the procedures and methods of Appraise Procedure of Health Food Function , to appraise the efficiency of lowering blood lipids of black currant raw juice which is produced in Xinjiang. Animal's experiment adopted the preventative model of hyrerlipidemia, intervened with black currant raw juice while the model of hyrerlipidemia is setting up, lasting 14 days in succession.
