Objective To analyze the functional metabolism changes of drinking-skeletal fluorosis patients after water improvement for 18 years. Methods Use epidemiology method to investigate 65 cases with different degree skeletal fluorosis from endemic fluorosis region in Xinjiang and 23 cases of normal control from no endemic fluorosis region. Make health examination and determine bone formation biomarkers in their urine and serum. Results l)The skeletal fluorosis patients' abnormal rate of cardiovascular system symptom was significantly higher than the normal control(P<0.05);The per-items' abnormal rates of the severe group were significantly higher than those of normal control (P<0.05). The comparison of parameter of ECG shows that the P-R interval of the severe patients group were significantly longer than that of normal control(P<0.05).2)Pulmonary function investigation showed that MMEF%, MEF75%, MEF25%, FEV1/FVC were significantly higher in patients than the control(P<0.05).3)Analysis on biochemical markers in urine from skeletal fluorosis patients showed that urinary fluorine of the patient groups was significantly higher than those of normal control (P<0.01) ,and the content of urinary manganese has decreasing with becoming heaver the disease degree of skeletal fluorosis (P<0.01) ,and there was significant changes were found among the mild, moderate and severe patients compared with normal control(P<0.01). 4) Analysis onmarkers of bone formation in blood from skeletal fluorosis patients showed that calcium of the patient groups was significantly lower than those of normal control (/*<().05 ) . BGP of the patient groups was significantly higher than that of normal control (P<0.05). and there were significantly changes between the severe or moderate group and those of normal control. The contents of CT of the severe group were significantly lower than those of normal control (P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between BALP and BGP, bFGF and PICP (P |
