Fundamental Research Of Anticancer Compound Recipe Of Baihuashe

The compound recipe is made of five kinds of herb: Myristica frag-rans Houtt, Zingiber officinale Rosc, Piper nigrum L, Bungarus multicinctus multicinctus Blyth, and Peganum harmala L.It is used in clinic more than ten years as a hospital antitumor propartion.During several thousands years accumulation which was long and hard, Vigor medcine, as an important constitute of traditional medcine, is not only contribute to the development of the whole world medcine but form fairly complete and unique theoretical system.We research this compound by separate on the basic of application.We mainly study three kinds of herb in the compound: Myristica fragrans Houtt, Zingiber officinale Rosc, Piper nigrum L, design two different extractive project, and combined pharmacodynamics experiments of in-vitro, then select extract fraction with anticancer activity from these herb. According to the trails of pharmacodynamics experiments of in-vitro, we find active fractions with anticancer activity, especially, EtOAc extractions have significantly inhibit three cells growth, so we are aimed at separating this fraction, then obtained five fatty components. At present, we have finished appraising the structures of five components by chemical reaction and spectroscopic means such as ~1H-NMR,~13C-NMR, 2D-NMR, MS and identified them.as: β -sitosterol; hexatriacontaneacid-(1,3-diethoxycar-bonyl)-isopropyl-tate; 3,5-dimethoxy-8'-hydroxy-neolignan; Piperine; β-daucostero. Hexatriacontaneacid-(l,3-diethoxycarbonyl)-isopropyl-tate; 3,5-dimethoxy-8'-hydroxy-neolignan were isolated from compound reci-pe for thefirst time. This study put forth effort in the basic research, not only supplied the research data of the basic theroputical constituents, but also establish firm foundation for futher developing and utilizing this compound recipe.
