| Objective: To investigate the molecular mechanism of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Munshil's curative effects after establishing the oxidative damage model in the cellular level in vitro.Methods: MTT assay, single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) technique, Western Blot were used to detect the cytotoxicity, DNA damage, and p53 protein expression of lymphocyte respectively. At the same time, SOD and MDA content were also detected in order to learn about the influence of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Munshil on cellular oxidative damage.Results: Different concentration of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Munshil all has protective effects on H2O2-induced lymphocyte oxidative damage. And the effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq is superior than one's of Munshil.Conclusion: It is suggested that the anti-oxidative effects and the influence on p53 protein expression of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Munshil may contribute to explain the mechanism of them partly. |
