Objective: To investigate factors affecting resectability of the esophageal cancer. Methods: 513 operation cases of esophageal cancer were analysed retrospectively using patient's data including fourteen factors: age, sex and clinical pathological type etc.The single factor and multiple factors Binary Logistic Regression analysis was used respectively to these factors. Results: In the single factor Logistic Regression analysis, history operation date, T, N, M, tumor size, pathological type, invasion depth, differential degree operator have significant difference(P<0.05),In the multiple factors Logistic Regression analysis, invasion depth, N, operation date, T, operator and differential degree have significant difference. Conclusion: It is deceive effect for resectability of the esophageal cancer which are invasion depth, N, operation date, T, operator and differential degree.
