The Management Of The Listed Institution Of Medical Insurance In Our Country

By now, basic medical insurance system for the staff members and workers in the cities and towns has made staggered results. With the deepening of the reform, Many underlying conflicts and problems has been released gradually, one of these is the management of the listed medical institutions.Combining the cases of Jia Ding District in Shanghai , this paper indicates the problems in the management of the listed institutions, such as the unreasonable increase of medical cost and substandard medical service activities ,and analyzes the reasons from the view of the hospital party, patient party and the insurance service party.Suggestions are listed to control the medical cost , standard the medical service activities. They are improving the agreement management, strengthening supervision, improving the medical insurance payment method, forming the competitive system ,establishing the credit rank assessment system, having "three reform together" ,balancing the rights among hospital party, patient party insurance service party to form the "win-win" situation.Strengthening the management of the listed medical institutions, can effectively stop the substandard medical service activities, control the increase of medical cost, and then really realize the overall goal of reform that "offers more high-quality medical treatment service with cheaper expenses".
