The Effect Of Ethanol Extracts Of Unmature Fructus Of Juglans Mandshurica Maxim On Experimental Gastric Ulcer In Rats

In order to observe the effect of ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim on experimental gastric ulcer in rats and investigate the preventive and curative action .In this topic,we applied experimental gastric ulcer models in rats to observed inhibinatin of ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim on chronrc gastrc ulcer. We measured some biochemical parameters,such as the amount of antibody of gastric H.pylorus in serum,and we measured the SOD of enzyme activity and MDA content,NO content of serum and gastric mucosa in rats of acetic induced gastric ulcer models. We observed the effect of ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim on experimental gastric ulcer in rats and investigated the preventive and curative action .And study the mechanism of anti- ulcer action.The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (three dose groups:0.6g,0.3g and 0.6g), YiQiJieDuTang group (3ml) and cimetidine control group(0.025g) could all markedly stimulate the healing of acetic acid induced gastric ulcer and make ulcerate focus contract, the edge mutation shallow.the four groups were all significant different from that of the physiological saline controlgroup (all were p<0.01).The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (0.3g) had significant different from YiQiJieDuTang group(p<0.01),but had no significantly differently from the Cimetidine group(P>0.05). The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (two dose groups, 0.3g and 0.6g) and YiQiJieDuTang group (3ml) could significant reduce the amount of antibody of gastric H.pylorus. They were all significantly different from that of the physiological saline control group and cimetidine control group and YiQiJieDuTang group( all were p<0.01). The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (two dose groups, 0.3g and 0.6g) had differently from YiQiJieDuTang group( all were p<0.01).The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (two dose groups, 0.3g and 0.6g) markedly increased the activity of SOD in gastric mucosal juice,it was significantly differently from that of the physiological saline control group (both were p<0.01).But the ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (two dose groups, 0.3g and 0.6g) had no effect on SOD activity in serum(P>0.05).The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (two dose groups, 0.3g and 0.6g) had no effect on the MDA content of serum and mucosal juice(P>0.05) .The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim (two dose groups, 0.3g and 0.6g) had no effect on the NO content of serum and gastric mucosal juice (P>0.05).The ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim is the effectual portion in the using of preventive and curative action on experiment gastric ulcer in rats .The results indicate that the Ethanol extracts of unmature fructus of Juglans mandshurica Maxim had preventive and curative effect against chronic experimental gastriculcer.its mechanisms of the anti-ulcer action maybe associated with its ability to enhance the gastric mucosal defending., weaken the attacking factors and accelerate the regeneration and repair of injured mucosal by means of improving the mucosal blood circulation, resisting the free radicals,inhibiting the lipid peroxidation,inhibiting the reproducer of H.pylorus.
