The Middle cerebral artery (MCA) is cerebral to mainly provide the blood artery in the brain, it provides 80% that the amount of blood has the brain. The blood speed of the Middle cerebral artery is closely related in the brain blood quantity. Acupuncture Baihui(DU20) to Qianding(DU21) would deeply elicited the channels Qi, adjusts the Du meridian and regain consciousness, rising the function of regulate the brain blood quantity.Objective: Examine the changes of the Middle cerebral artery blood speed and the pulsation index number when acupuncture the Baihui(DU20) to Qianding(DU21) by the TCD, consider the influence mechanism of that acupuncture the Baihui(DU20) to Qianding(DU21) to the brain blood quantity, clarify the relativity between needle insertion, needle retention and needle manipulation and withdraw the needles and the variety of the brain bloods, provide the theories for the clinic.Method:20 healthy person, all not intentional and cerebral disease history. All can accept the acupuncture normally; have no dizzy needle disease history. The age 20-30 years old, average 24±2 years olds.
