Objective: By clinical,we could find that cerebral aneurysm arising in artery bifurcation frequently,especially also same for M1 end aneurysm in middle cerebral artery.Here is to remind that cerebral aneurysm may be caused by vein structure and vein angle.This research will take retrospective analysis to collect related data about M1 end aneurysm in cerebral artery.We analyze connection between M1 end aneurysm in middle cerebral artery and vein structure as well as angle to remind that individual of frequent factor for aneurysm in this area.For aneurysm hemodynamic research and clinical treatment further,we get evidence by this way.Method: This paper will look back to analyze 40 medical cases who are treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Hospital from Aug 2013 to Aug 2015 by checking to diagnose middle cerebral aneurysm in neurosurgery department,interventional radiology department and CTA from emergency department.Let the related formation data be experimental part for the side with aneurysm in middle cerebral artery,the other be contrastive part.Collecting original horizontal DICOM format data from CTA and applying 3D slicer software is to reconstruct and measure M1 end bifurcation aneurysm in middle cerebral artery.By comparing both sides of cerebral artery structure from same patient,we can measure middle cerebral artery diameter and angle of both sides for this patient respectively.At last,we use statistics to analyze the relation between geometric parameter of M1 end bifurcation formation in middle cerebral artery and aneurysm in this area.Result: After analyze data of 40 patient cases;firstly we compare angles between middle cerebral artery bifurcation and upper bifurcation,middle cerebral artery bifurcation and lower bifurcation,as well as upper bifurcation and lower bifurcation in the side with aneurysm and side without it from same case data.Applying paired t inspection to make statistics analysis: the angle P3 between artery upper bifurcation and lower bifurcation is 179.5±36.3 from experimental part,which is obviously more than 80.2±17.7 of p3 from contrastive part.There is obvious difference(p=0.000)for statistics inspection.The angle between middle cerebral artery bifurcation and upper bifurcation is p1,P2 for experimental and contrastive part respectively.The P value,p2 and P2 between upper bifurcation and lower bifurcation is more than 0.05 without statistics difference.After that,we analyze diameter of middle cerebral artery bifurcation(d1,D1),middle cerebral artery upper bifurcation(d2,D2)and middle cerebral artery lower bifurcation(d3,D3)for experimental and contrastive part,applying paired t inspection too.The conclusion is that d1(2.10±0.25mm)is lower than D1(2.21±0.23mm)and P value is 0.013,which has statistics meaning;d2(1.85±0.22mm)is more than D2(1.72±0.22mm)and P value is 0.004,which has statistics meaning;d3(1.77±0.19mm)is more than D3(1.71±0.27mm)and P value is 0.230,which has no statistics meaning.We further summarize data and find the angle P3 between middle cerebral artery upper bifurcation and middle cerebral artery lower bifurcation with the side of aneurysm is 179.We pick up 23 from 40 cases patients,of which P3 value is more than 179,and by using these 23 cases data we make pair sample t inspection statistics analysis for cerebral artery lower bifurcation.The conclusion from 23 cases data shows that d3(1.83±0.23)is lower than D3(1.64±0.31)and P value is 0.007,which has obvious statistics difference.Conclusion: For cerebral artery bifurcation,the angle between middle cerebral artery upper bifurcation and lower bifurcation of aneurysm side is obviously more than the side without aneurysm.The diameter for middle cerebral artery bifurcation of aneurysm side is obviously more than the side without aneurysm.The vein diameter of middle cerebral artery upper bifurcation and lower bifurcation with aneurysm side is obviously lower than the side without aneurysm.Especially,the difference is much bigger for the angle between middle cerebral artery upper bifurcation and lower bifurcation of aneurysm side and the side without aneurysm.
