Stroke is a common disease of harming to people's health, and it is also recognized as psycholosomatic disease at present. Stroke patients suddenly appear function disorders of hemiplegia, aphasia, etc. it affects their work and daily life; leading to produce bad psychological disorder. Such as despair, emotion overcast, urgent mentality, dependence psychology, disappointment mind, etc. whereas the mental carrier happened after stroke is affinity with the development, curative effect, and prognosis of stroke, thus it has important clinical significance to make mental intervention during medicine therapy. This research is mainly about assessing the curative effect and clinical significance of comprehensive mental intervention.Method: 60 stroke patients were involved in the study. All the subjects were divided into mental intervention and non-mental intervention groups; the two groups were received routine treatment of stroke. Based on routine treatment, the mental intervention group received mental intervention therapy twice a week; maintaining 4 weeks, in order to improve the bad emotion of patients. Observing the changes of HAMD,HAMA, ADL,neurological function deficiency graded table after and before treatment; Appraising the curative effect of stroke and neurological function deficiency, the results were carried out statistic analysis.
