Gastric carcinoma is a kind of malignancy, which is highly incidentin our country. Soakage, transferation and recrudescence are not only theimportant reason of death but also the main factor in the effect of clinictherapy and prognostic. Above all, many cell factors have importanteffects. In resent years NF-κB and gene on carcinoma or relevant to ithas gradually been known. In our experiment we study the expression ofNF-κB and uPA and observe their action and relevance in the occuranceand development in the gastric carcinoma. In our experiment we collected 56 cases of ablated gastriccarcinoma specimen from 2002 to 2004 in the Second Hospital of JILINUniversity, 17 cases among which has tissues beside carcinoma. In ourresults we can see the expression of NF-κB in 39 cases is positive andthe positive ratio is 69.6%. The positive expression can be seen in thekaryon stained yellow; 4 of 17 cases are positive and the posive ratio is23.5%, and there is significant difference in and around carcinoma( P<0.01 ) and the expression of NF-κB has closely relevance withextent of polarization, depth of soakage and transferation of lymphnode( P <0.05 ), but there is no relevance with sex and type of histology ( p>0.05 ). The positive expression of uPA are 41cases and positive ratio is73.2%, we can observed the positive expression in the cytoplasm stained...
