The Study Of The Relations Among The Classification Of TCM, The Rheology Of Blood And The Course Of Xiaoke

To study and analyze the relations among the classification of TCM, rheology of blood, and the course of the disease so that we can offer the objective lab index to direct the clinical classification of xiaoke, also provide a new method to judge the condition of the patient. Method :83 cases, normal group 20 cases, control group 20 cases, to observe the following index of the two groups: blood adhesion(low, middle and high shearing force ), the capillary adhension, ESR(erythrocyte sediment rate ), the ability of transform and rigidity of erythrocyte, the course of disease and the complications . manage these data with statistics. Result:Obvious raise of the capillary and serum adhension was found in diabetes patients. the degree of the raise of adhension reduced sequently among tanshizuzhi group, qizhixueyu group, yinxuresheng group and qiyinlianxu group. the blood adhension of diabetes were higher than the control group, there were obvious raise of blood adhension in tanshizuzhi group of diabetes patients , also there were obvious difference between the two groups. while the qizhixueyu group, qiyinliangxu group and yinxuresheng group are inferior sequently. the transform ability of erythrocyte of the tanshizuzhi group declined obviously and the raise of the rigidity of the erythrocyte of the yinxuresheng group, qiyinliangxu group, qizhixuyu group and tanshizuzhi group were seen and there were notable discrepancy between them and the control group .the fibrinogen of the diabetes were higher than the control group and the capacity of the fibrinogen Reduce sequently among the qizhixueyu group, tanshizuzhi group, qiyinliangxu group and yinxuresheng group.the course of disease develop according the yinxuresheng, qiyinliang...
