Experimental Research On The Effect Of Rhizoma Drynariae Extract On Proliferation Of Rabbit Bone Stromal Cell

Objective:To research the effect of rhizoma drynariae extract on proliferation of rabbit stromal cell and study the mechanism of promoting the concrescence of fracture of traditional Chinese medicine . Method:Derived from bone marrow of trochanteric region of Newzealand rabbit and then cultured it after separated it with lymphocyte- seperation liquid ,studied P₁ generation and divided it into 5 groups(standard medium group, conditional group, rhizoma drynariae groupl, rhizoma drynariae group 2, rhizoma drynariae group3) and cultured it seperately,measuring its growth curve with MTT method and testing its mitosis index ,studing the form of the cell with hematoxylin-eosin pigmentation.then analyze the result with statistic method..Resultraccording to the statistic analyzation ,there are no conspicuous difference between the conditional group and the standard medium, while there are quite remarkable difference between rhizoma drynariae groups of different concentration and standard medium.Conclusion:The extracted liquid of rhizoma drynariae group of high concentration (0.02g/ml) can inhabit the proliferation of the rabbit stromal cell while those groups with lower concentration (0.002g/ml, 0.0002g/ml) can promote the proliferation of the rabbit stromal cell.No conspicuous evidence was founded that the combined inducible medium have effect on the proliferation of the rabbit stromal cell.
