The Diagnosis And Treatment On Tubal Infertility With Hysterosalpingography (HSG) And TCM

Objective To explore the value of Hysterosalpingography (HSG) in diagnosing the patency of fallopian tuber and uterus disease in infertility females, At the same time to study the curative effect and mechanism of treation with TCM drugs (Huayutongluozhong ziDecoction) .Methods 102 femal infertile patients of obstruction of fallopian tube by clinical diagnosing were first given HSGThere are 80 patients who are clearly diagnosed obstruction of fallopian tube by HSG then given TCM drugs. To summarize the syndrome and symptoms distribution regularity and to explore the major cause, pathogenesis of those patients. Observe the pregnant rate, the results of HSG were retrospectively analysized. Results After one year's treatment,, the pregnant rate is 38.75 %. Of 80 cases, the proportion of the uterus disease is 8.82 %, 76.0 % of the cases have salpingian obstruction ,the total diagnostic coincidence rate of HSG and laparoscopy in 25 cases is 90%. the total diagnostic coincidence rate of HSG and hydrotubation of all patients is 71.57%.Conclusion HSG is still the method of choice and basic approach in diagnoising tubal infertility in detecting the patency of fallopian tuber at present, it plays an important role in accurately demonstrate the paramorphia and dysfunction of the fallopian tuber. Huayutongluozhongzi Decoction is an effective prescription in curing Tubal infertility.
