Clinical Research Of Laparoscopic Internal Spermatic Vein High Ligation (Report Of 480 Cases)

Objective To investigate the methods and clinical value of laparoscopic internal spermatic vein high ligation.Methods The 480 cases treated with laparoscopy were reviewed retrospectively in the fields of indications to operation, preoperative preparation, choice of anesthesia, announcements of operation , postoperative complications and how to accomplish operation. Therapeutic effect of the operation were studied by comparison in many ways.480 cases were treated by laparoscopic operation with the general anesthesia.Results None of these was converted to open surgery.As compared with routine operation , the intra-operative bleeding volum, the operating time, hospital stay afer the operation in laparoscope group were significantly superior. (P<0.01).326 cases were followed up 3 months to 1 years. Pains in scrotum and perineum were obviously improved .The count> vigorand activity of sperm were improved after operation in different degree. Group with remaining of testicular artery were obviously improved.ConclusionLaparoscopic internal spermatic vein high ligation has the advantages of minimaltrauma, good curative effect and less complication. It is an optimal method to cure varicocele.
