Traditional Chinese Orthopaedics is one of the key components in traditional Chinese Medication. Compared to the western modern medication, it has distinct technical peculiarities, among which Handwork Anaplasty and Fixation Techniques is the most outstanding one. In accordance with the timeline, the upper part of the essay introduced the achievements and contributions of famous experts in different dynasties, and vividly displayed the historical developing track of Handwork Anaplasty and Fixation Techniques. Starting from scratch, simple and scattered knowledge, after thousands of years evolvement, traditional Chinese Orthopaedics has become a medical subject with integrate theories and various methods.The later part of the essay focused on the analysis on the technical features of traditional Chinese Anaplasty and Fixation Techniques, which are straightforward purpose of practicality; emphasis on experience; and advocating of nature greatness. Furthermore, it analyzed the ideology and culture elements leading to such technical specialties in a deeper level. Any human activity of understanding and reforming nature has to be realized by the guidance of certain philosophies, such as, world view and value view. Medical practice is not an exception either. Steered by the Chinese traditional philosophy of syncretism between humankind and god, it stipulated the characteristics and developing direction of clinical medication from the technical aspect.
