| 1. ObjectivePeptic ulcer (PU) is one of typical psychosomatic disease, people pay a extensive attation to the neuroendocrine-immune network mechanism of it .The object of our research is to investigate the mechanism of SU induced by emotion and the interventional role of Chinese medical complex prescription-XINSHENI on it2. MethodApply water immersion-restraint stress method to simulate the stress of sentiment of traditional Chinese medicine and make disease (SU) and Qi disorder syndrome combined model.Observe the morphology change using light microscope and electron microscope. Research the relationship of the SU happening and gastric juice PHn central NE, Ach, DA and blood plasma SP, NT.3. Result(1) Contrasted to the control rats, the histomorphology of the model have great changes. The major changes are superficial anabrosis of gastric mucosa and the ultrastructural lesion of cells. Chinese medical complex prescription-XINSHEN I , ranitidine , alprazolam all have the role of prevention.(2) Contrasted to the control rats, PH of gastric juice of model rats have not significant deviation. Ranitidine elevates the PH of gastric juice of model rats. XINSHEN I and alprazolam have not significant deviation contrasted to the control. XINSHEN I and ranitidine decrease the UI , the role of alprazolam has not statistical significance.(3) Contrasted to the control rats, the increase of NE and DA of CNS have statistical significance , the decrease of Ach of CNS has statistical significance. The role of XINSHEN I to decrease NE of CNS, has statistical significance. The role to DA and Ach has not statistical significance. The role of ranitidine to decrease NE and DA of CNS has statistical significance, the role to Ach has not statistical significance. The role of alprazolam to increase Ach of CNS has statistical significance, the role to NE and DA of CNS has not statistical significance.
