Presently the incidence of obesity is more and more higher, and it has already excessed 20%. There are 55% adults overweight or obeses in the United States. The incidence of obesity is increasing in our country year by year, in 1998 the national inquisitional data of nourishment indicates that there are 23.5% male and 26.1% female adults overweight or obeses in our country.At present,there are at least 2-3 handred million people in our country.The obesity has already become one of the important healthy problems in the world. The obesity is a independent dangerous factor in cardiovascular disease.And it is a important dangerous factor of hypertension.In most developed country, about 65%-75% patients of hypertension are obese.Previous studies indicate the obesity remain significantly associated with hypertension by hyperinsulinmia/insulin-resistance etal.But the pathogenesis of obesity between hypertension is not completely understood until now. Recent studies show that adipose tissue is not only a pure storaging fat organ but also a huge organ for secretion that can secrete leptin,tumor necrosis factor,angiotensinogen,resistin,adiponection,free fatty acids,intercellular adhesion molecule-1 etal.these factors are called adipocytokine wicth play important roles in regulating the balance of economy health.Previous research show that these factors play an important role in the pathophysiology of obesity,hypertension,insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes.Insulin sensitivity increases and blood pressure,leptin,tumor necrosis factor after weight reduction.Leptin can not play normal function because of leptin resistance or insulin resistance in obesity,and thus aggravating the obese and insulin resistance, even becoming the vicious cycle, wicth may be one of the pathophysiology of obesity-associated hypertension.Cell factors play underlying roles in the development of primary hypertension.The relationship of leptin,tumor necrosis factor,angiotensin-II,insulin resistance,obesity-associated hypertension has become a heat spot of recent studies in the world.So leptin ,tumor necrosis factor ,angiotensin-II,insulin resistance,obesity between blood pressure may have some relationship. Objective: To assess the role of Leptin,Tumor Necrosis Factor, AngII in the pathogenesis of obesity-related hypertension and the relationship between blood pressure(BP).Methods: Serum glucose, triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), Leptin, Tumor Necrosis Factor, AngII, insulin were measured in 30 men with essential hypertension(EH) and 30 male normotensives. The body mass indexes were measured. Insulin resistance index(HOMA-R). The correlations between Leptin,Tumor Necrosis Factor, AngII, Insulin resistance, body mass index and blood pressure were analyzed. Results: 1.The levels of LEP,TNF-α,AngII,INS,HOMA-R of the patients with essiential hypertension were significantly higher than those in normotensives (p<0.05)。2.The levels of LEP,TNF-α,AngII,INS,HOMA-R of the obesities with essiential hypertension were significantly higher than those normal body mass indexes patients (p<0.05)。3.The levels of LEP,TNF-α,AngII,INS,HOMA-R of the obesities with normal hypertension were significantly higher than those normal body mass indexes patients (p<0.05)。4.The levels of LEP,TNF-α,AngII,INS,HOMA-R of the obesities with essiential hypertension were significantly higher than those in the obesities with normal hypertension (p<0.05)。5.The levels of LEP,TNF-α,AngII,INS,HOMA-R of the normal body mass indexes patients with essiential hypertension were...
