Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of PVC With Tiao Gan Qing Xin Decoction

Objective: To investigate the effect and discuss the mechanisms of the method of dispersing liver and regulating Qi, reducing phlegm and resolving heat,claming and relieving the mind ,whose function is to cure Premature ventricular contraction( PVC).Method: We dividied 100 patients into two groups randomly.Of which, 52 cases were set as treated group treated with Tiao Gan Qing Xin decoction,while the control group with propafenone per os .The treatment course is four weeks.Results: The results indicated that Tiao Gan Qing Xin decoction whose function was to disperse liver and regulate Qi, reduce phlegm and resolve heat,clam and relieve the mind in treated group can improve the mass symptoms obviously. There was significant difference between both groups(P<0.05). Of PVC,there was no diffirence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: Tiao Gan Qing Xin decoction can improve clinic symptoms and the manifestation of DCG, reduce the frequency of pulsation , bring down the degree of PVC. It was an effective medicine to PVC whose cause was the depression of liver Qi.
