Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Wen Qing Tiao Chang Fang Combine Enema In The Treatment Of Cold And Hot Complicated Syndrome Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of wen qing tiao chang fang combine enema in the treatment of cold and hot complicated syndrome of ulcerative colitis.Methods:Sixty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis were sele cted to participate in the trial,and were randomly divided into the observation grou p?30 cases?and the control group?30 cases?.The control group received oral treatmen t with mesalamine sustained-release granules,and the observation group received trea tment with wenqingtiaochang prescription combined with enema on the basis of we stern medicine.The differences of modified Mayo score,IBDQ scale and TCM symp tom score between the two groups were observed after 8 weeks of treatment.Resul ts:1)total efficiency:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%??²=3.491,P<0.05?;2)modified Mayo score:After treatment,the modified Mayo score and TCM symptom score of the observation group and the control group were all lower than before treatment?P<0.05?.The modified Mayo score of the observation group was l ower than that of the control group?Z=-3.803,P<0.001?,the difference between the f ormer and the latter was significantly higher than that of the control group(t_difference=-8.41,P_difference=0.000);3)TCM symptom score:After treatment,the TCM symptom s core was lower than that of the control group?Z=-3.422,P<0.001?,and the difference between the two groups was higher than that of the control group(t_difference=-7.558,P_difference=0.000);4)the IBDQ scale:After treatment,the IBDQ scale score was greater than that of the control group?t=5.46,P=0.000?,and the difference between the two groups was higher than that of the control group(t_difference=-5.335,P_difference=0.000).T o sum up,the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.5)recurrence rate:After three months of follow-up,the number of relaps es in the wenqingtiaoechang formula combined with enema and mesalazine sustaine d-release granules group was 1 less than that in the simple oral mesalazine sustain ed-release granules group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.57%lower than that in the control group,13.79%.Conclusion:Wen qing tiao chang p rescription combined with enema combined with basic western medicine in the trea tment of mixed cold and heat type UC has a significant clinical effect,which can s ignificantly reduce the modified Mayo score,TCM symptom score,reduce the recu rrence rate,and has a significant advantage in improving the clinical symptoms an d improving the quality of life of UC patients.
