| Object: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Qingrekangjia Tablet in treating hyperthyroidism.Methods: 60 patients diagnosed hyperthyroidism were randomly classified into two groups.There were 30 patients treated with Qingrekangjia Tablet in treated group.others were treated with Thiamazole in control group. All of the two groups'course of treatment were 8 weeks.Result: Qingrekangjia Tablet could degrade thyroid hormones obviously.The difference was significant compared to the control group ( P<0. 05): Meantime, Qingrekangjia Tablet could improve symptom couspicuously compared to the control group (P<0. 05) .And it also could degrade TG,TM. At the same time the adverse effects such as WBC's decrease , hepatic lesion in the treated group were less than the control groups'. Qingrekangjia Tablet could improve heart rate and body weight also.Conclusion: hyperthyroidism treated by Qingrekangjia Tablet could either attain satisfactive curative effect or less adverse effects.It is worth studying deeply and developing further. |
