Clinical Study On Treatment Of Retinal Vein Occlusion By Xuefuzhuyu Tang

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect treated with Xufuzhuyu Tang and explore its mechanism. Xufuzhuyu Tang is a good Huoxuehuayu method. Guided by our tutor, we aim to evaluate the Tang s curative action and explore its mechanism according to clinical observation.Methods: There are two groups—Xuefuzhuyu Tang proup(26 patients, 26 eyes)and Puerarin Injection group(24 patients, 25 eyes).In the two groups, vigron, fundus and FFA are respectively expected before and after treatment.Result: The testing group is clearly different from the controlling group(P<0.05).Conclude: Xuefuzhuyu Tang can improve vision, fundus and FFA.which may be related to its effect of improving microcirculation encouraging metabolism and abasing glutionous blood.
