| Objective: To observe the effect of YiMuAnGong Decoction(YMAGD) in treating the Lochiorrhea after Medical Abortionand to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group( 30 cases, treated with YMAGD ) and the control group(30 cases, treated with YiMuCao ointment).Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign, the development of the uterine three diameters,situation of uterus ,E2,P-HCG and NO were observed. Results: The totle effective rate of hemostasia in the treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 70.00%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05 ). Improving the symptom, the uterine three diameters,situation of uterus ,E2,β-HCG and NO is more effective in the treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05 ). Conclusion: YMAGD is effective to stanch in treating of blood stasis of the lochiorrhea after medical abortion and to improve the concomitant symptom.The effect may be achieved through promoting redintegration of uterus,improving the content of E2 and reducing p-HCG and NO. |
