Acute pancteatitis is a clinical common disease . Its characteristic is that the couse of disease is dangerous , the complication is diverse and the mortality is high. From Fitz's first report in 1889 people pay close attention to it more and more . Because its pathogenesy isn't illuminate completely there isn't available therapeutic means. The mechanism of the pathogenetic condition aggravation a-gain and again, necrosis again and again was not interpretated completely by the impaired of pancreatic by autodigestion . The theory of excessus activation of leucocyte was drawn off by Rirderkenchet in 1988 . The theory thinks that phagocytic cell stimulated theneutrophil in turn the mediators of inflammation and the cell factor production and releasing, leaded to general reaction and MOSF,the severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) was seen. The death rate was very high in SAP. The existin therapeutic can't make the cut down fundamentally death rate and the complication. The people have noticed the produced of inflammatory factor and cascade reaction that caused the development of SAP. To block the role of mediators of inflammation can cut down the degree graveness and improved the therapeutic efficacy. The level of IL - 12 and IFN - r in the serum of the patients with acute pancteatitis are determined in this experiment. The change of cytokine IL - 12 and IFN - r is observed after the patients with acute pancteatitis fall ill. We analyzed their associativity to explore its role in acute pancteatitis and the relation with disease severity and studied possible target that there is predictable effect on genesis of SAP.MethodsELISA was used to detect the level of IL - 12 and IFN - γ in the serum of the patients with Acute pancteatitis.Results1 The level of IL - 12,IFN - γthe MAP group and the control group:IL - 12 No one day were lower than that in the control group: 20. 3 ±7. 8 vs40. 3 ± 11 ( p < 0. 01) ; No seven day was higher than that in No one day: 38. 3 ±7. 9vs20. 3±7.8(p<0.01) ; There was no significant difference between No seven day and the control group: 38. 3 ±7. 9vs40. 3 ±11(p>0.05)。IFN -7 No one day was higher than that in the control group: 36.1 ±8. 6vsl4. 3±11.8(p<0. 01); There was no significant difference between No seven day and the control group: 15. 7 ±5. 2vs14. 3 ± 11. 8 ( p > 0. 05 ) ; No seven day were lower than that in No one day group: 15. 7 ±5. 2vs36. 1 ± 8. 6 ( p < 0.01)。2 The level of IL - 12,IFN - γ the SAP group and the control group:IL - 12 There was no significant difference between No one day and the control group: 36 ± 12. 8vs40. 3 ± 11 ( p >0.05) ;No seven day was higher than that in No one day: 48.5 ± 10. 3vs36 ± 12. 8 ( p < 0. 01) ; There was no significant difference between No seven day and the control group: 48. 5 ±10. 3vs40.3±11(p>0.05)。IFN -γ No one day was higher than that in the control group: 57. 2 ±14. 7vs14. 3±11.8(p<0. 01); There was no significant difference between No seven day and the control group: 18.9 ±7. 3vsl4. 3 ± 11. 8 ( p >0.05) ; No seven day were lower than that in No one day group: 18. 9 ±7. 3vs57. 2 ± 14. 7 ( p <0.01)。3 The level of IL -12,IFN -7 MAP group and SAP group: IL -12 in the SAP group was higher than that in the MAP :36 ± 12. 8vs20.3 ±7.8(p <0.01) ,48.5 ± 10. 3vs38. 3 ±7.9 (p <0.01) 。...
