To approach the relation between manifestation characters of TCM and the common pathogen of virus pneumonia of children, we do this research. During a large number case observe about virus pneumonia of children, we hope collection many data such as epidemiology, distribution of manifestation characters of TCM and so on. Through this study, objectively evaluate the relation between these data, and provide evidence for clinic.Literature OverviewThe author has reviewed the ancient and modern research about pneumonia. Viral pneumonia is an inflammation in lung caused by virus and a common disease in pediatrics. It damage children' s health and waste medical resource. Western medicine is not so ideal in treating virus influence because of its limited kinds and side reaction. Therefore, TCM have played a more and more role in treating viral pneumonia. Nowadays, there is a lack of a study about the relation between manifestation characters of TCM and the common pathogen of virus pneumonia of children, so it's necessary to go further study on the relation between them. Plenty of published reports about pneumonia have given an understanding of this disease. Researchers have done a great deal of work about manifestation characters of TCM, virus and children pneumonia, on the base of these work we have possibility to do this study.Clinical study:120 cases of acute pneumonia patients aged 0. 6 to 14 had been observed. The observed index including common epidemic data, pathogen, and manifestation characters, and set up a database by collecting and sorting these date. After analysis these data by PEMS3.1, these results have suggested: there are 60 cases had been found infected by virus such as respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (ADV); influenza virus (IV)...
