Clinical Observation Of Yuxingcao Atomization Combined With Montelukast In Treating Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia

ObjectiveObserve the effect of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Children’ S ResPiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia(RSVP).By collecting the clinical experience of Previous in treatment of ResPiratory Syncytial Virus(RSV),ExPloring Materia Medica and new theraPy to treat ResPiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia.It shows that great Potential and broad ProsPects that for ResPiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia treated by traditional Chinese medicineMethods60 cases of children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment grouP and control grouP.Each grouP had 30 children,The treatment grouP was given Yuxingcao injection atomized and take Montelukast orally,The control grouP were given hyPertonic saline atomized only.Other treatments are the same in both grouPs.Analysis the differences between the two grouPs by observing before and after treatment and through the comparison of two grouPs of symPtoms and signs scoresResultsThe total effectiveness of treatment grouP was 97%and the total effectiveness of treatment group was 93%,There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,but the treatment group shows superior effect than the control group in some indicator such as fever,asthmatic,declined in temperature.ConclusionThe treatment effect is remarkable and no adverse reaction by Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy for Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia,it shows better effect than hypertonic saline atomization therapy,and it can do further research and Promotion in clinical.
