Study On Nursing Intervention Pattern Of Wrist-ankle Acupuncture In Dressing Changes

Pain of burn wound is the most severe and common clinical symptom of burn patients. So, it is an important topic for burn nursing that how to control the pain of burn wound reasonably and effectively. It is the key to control the pain effectively that both attitude and range of knowledge nurse keep it in her mind. This research that analyzed both the current situation of acknowledgment and the factors of control pain, and then discussed the effort of wrist-ankle acupuncture during the period of burn dressing, finally compared the different curative effects between varied the points of time. This research is divided into two parts. In this study, we used the paper poll that 253 nurses of departments of burn have been investigated, including attitude of pain they keep in their minds, the action of pain they would have taken, the knowledge of pain they have mastered in their hands. To know the current situation about nurses of department of burn master the knowledge of pain, further discuss to find the correct standards and requests of specific nurses in the field of pain nursing in the country. The results showed that the major effective points about the knowledge of pain are educational levels and the titles of professional post, the knowledge of pain that nurses lack rather seriously, and then lead to the management of pain that it cannot take action effectively. To improve the level of the knowledge of pain among nurses in our country as soon as possibly, we should take actions in these fields: â‘  we should put the course of the knowledge of pain and related technology and technical ability into the system of nursing education.â‘¡We can adopt the experiences of international society that get the common thing in the different courses, cultivate the specific nurses they deal with pain. â‘¢explore new nursing intervention pattern .100 burn patients with degree two were studied in our research. The whole number is divided into 5 groups at random. group A,group B,group C,group D and group E .The degrees of pain of burned patients were evaluated at different points of time.The temperature, respiration, pulse, pressure of blood and oxygen saturation were observed during the process of dressing and after dressing 30 minutes. Results the scores of pain of the group A,B,C and D are significantly lower than one of the control group at the different points of time.(P<0.01),the scores of pain of the group A and C are higher than one of the group B and D at the different points of time.(P<0.05),the scores of pain of the group C and D are lower than one of the group A at the different points of time, meanwhile, it is also lower than group B at the most of points of time.(P<0.05). So, â‘  Wrist-ankle acupuncture can alleviate the pain of burn wound in the process of dressing safely and effectively. â‘¡ Wrist-ankle acupuncture that take better effort before dressing one day than just using it before dressing. â‘¢ The last time of pain with put the needles in the body is shorter than one without putting needles in the body.â‘£ The symptom and sign of life is normal during the process we use wrist-ankle acupuncture to control pain.
