Study Of Realationships Between The Different Syndromes And Changes Of Serum IL-1,ET Concentration Of Acute Apoplexly

Objective: To explore the objective criterion of different syndromes of acute apoplexlyMethods: 120 cases of acute apoplexly were divided into 7 groups according to the TCM differentiation. (1) Quantitative diagnosis of different syndromes of 120 cases of acute apoplexly were performed. .(2) The level of serum ET were determined by radioimmunal analysis(RIA), the level of serum IL-1 were determined by ELISA and hemorrheology,blood lipid and blood sugar were investigated in each group,while 20 health subjects were taken as the control group.Results: The level of serum IL-1 and ET in 120 patients with acute stroke were significantly higher than the health control groups (p<0.01), and syndromes of Wind-Phlegm Fire Excess, Phlegm Hot Fu Substantial and Wind-Phlegm Blood-stasis significantly higher than syndromes of Qi-deficiency-Blood-stasis and Yin-deficiency Wind-moving(p<0.01),and syndromes of Phlegm-dampness Shen-closing , Wind-Fire Excess weresignificantly higher than syndromes of Wind-Phlegm-Fire-Excess, Phlegm-Hot-Fu-substantial, Wind-Phlegm Blood-stasis, Qi-deficiency-Blood-stasis and Yin-deficincy Wind-moving(P<0.01).And the level of between serum IL-1,ET and the quantitative volume of TCM ,blood lipid, hemorrheology, blood sugar have positive relationships(P<0.01), the level of between serum IL-1 and ET have positive relationships(P<0.01).Conclution:(1)The high levels of serum IL-1 and ET may be the important pathophysiological basis of acute apoplexly, It is found that stroke in the acute phase progress dramatically, and it reflects that the syndrome differentiation of stroke in acute phase.(2)The level of serum IL-1 and ET have some differentment in differential diagnosis of syndrome of TCM in acute apoplexly. It was noted to be correspondent with the IL-1 and ET level.(3)The level of serum IL-1 and ET can become the objective criterion of different syndromes of acute apoplexly.
