Electronic endoscope is the combination of traditional endoscope technology, television technology and computer data processing technology, and etc. Through endoscope, doctors can directly observe the viscera and the internal pathological changes, so it is convenient for them to do diagnoses as well as some tiny-hurt surgical operations. Thus, endoscope is one of the important modern medical diagnostic and remedial tools. As the modern high-technology is developing rapidly, many technologies are adopted by the medical endoscope system to improve its various functions. For example, owing to the adoption of CCD technology, the real-time display function and the function of high-quality intercepting, storage and transferring of dynamic or static color images are realized. And therefore the diagnostic veracity is increased and the pains which the patients suffer during the remedial process are decreased. In the usage of endoscope, the 2D images can't meet all the requirements. If some improvements were made in the dynamic display in order to make doctors see not only dynamic 2D images but also dynamic 3Dimages with deep information, the objectivity and veracity of diagnoses and treatment would be improved. To attain the goal, we can adopt the 3D display and television technology into the medical endoscope.By dint of the production of 3D television technology, combining the computer 3D display technology, this dissertation designs double-CCD camera electronic endoscope system and completes the experiment of dynamic 3D display. The experiment shows the design is feasible and valid. The design proposed in this dissertation makes a relatively great improvement on existing electronic endoscope, and realizes real-time 3D observation as well as the sampling and replaying of 3D images. Thus this dissertation provides the theoretical and experimental preparation for the manufacturing of electronic endoscope.
