Objective:Gastric Carcinoma, one of the familiar malignant tumor, it is mortality stand first on the list. It is important to detect and diagnose in nonage in order to prevention and cure gastric carcinoma. The examine ways existing have limitation, so that, to find an effective filtration method is one of the key steps which can depress mortality. The malignant inversion of normal cell engender a new immunogenic antigen which namely tumor antigen. Nowadays,the particular antigen is the focus of study, for it not only plays an important role in diagnosis,clinical curative effect monitor and prognosis judgement, but also has the merit that the check and measure is handy,celerity and the dynamic monitor is easy. CA72-4, which belongs to glycoprotein carcino-embryonic antigen, was obtained from immune rats by the membrane content of liver cancer that metastasized from mammary cancer. CA72-4 has a high specificity to malignant tumor, it appears iota in blood of healthy or benign tumor patient, as a result, it has some value to judge cancer correctly. MG7Ag is an antigen relevant to alimentary canal tumor that freshly found by a haploid clone antibody MG7Ag resist human gastric carcinoma which originate from rat, it belongs to glycoprotein antigen and has a upper sensitivity and specificity to gastric carcinoma. CEA, is an index which has been ripe researched, has determinate value in diagnosis,monitor and prognosis, it also cheap to be applied to the unite test and the contrastive research for alimentary canal tumor . In this experiment, in order to provide the theoretical foundation for searching for an ideal molecular biology diagnose method of gastric carcinoma, we test the expression of the three tumor antigenCA72-4,MG7Ag,CEA in serum and marrow of neoplasm patient by Enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA),Radioimmunoassay (RIA) and compare the content with that in serum and marrow of normal people. At the same time, we analyze the relationship between the three indices and the biology behavior of gastric carcinoma (including the part,diameter,type,Borrmann stage,the depth of invasion,lymphatic node metastasis and TNM stage), dicuss the role of them in invasiveness,metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma, and provide the theoretical foundation for clinical early-warning of recrudescence and metastasis,judgement of curative effect and searching for a new target of neoplasm clinical therapy .Methods:In this experiment, we select 61 gastric carcinoma patients at random who had operations for radical cure in surgical department three of the 4th hospital of HeBei Medical University in 2002.10～2003.12. We take the circumambient blood before operation and take the marrow by puncturing spina ilica anterior superior at the same time, not a bit of anticoagulant were added, run ten minutes by 2000r/min with cenprifugal, and seclect the upper to be preserved in the low temperature refrigeratory. The serum and marrow of 32 normal people were taken and preserved in the same way. In order to test the expression of CA72-4,MG7Ag, CEA and compared with the content of the normal group, furthermore, study the correlation between the expression level of the three indices and their diagnosis value by single test or unite test and analyze the relationship between the expression of them and clinical biology of gastric carcinoma, 61 cases of serum and marrow of gastric carcinoma patient were observed by using the Enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA),Radioimmunoassay (RIA). All data were analyzed by statistics software SPSS10.0.Results⒈The respective concentrations of CA72-4,MG7Ag,CEA in serum and marrow of gastric carcinoma patients are all significantly higher than those in the normal group, there is statistical significance(P<0.01).⒉The concentrations of CA72-4,MG7Ag,CEA in serum of gastric carcinoma patients have obvious positive correlation between every two variable.
