A 26-year-old female patient entered the hospital because of the pain at her right wrist joint whose activities had been limited for two years. She found a swelling lump at the right wrist joint two years ago which was diagnosed as bone cyst at the local hospital but it was not excised because of some reasons. The pain became more and more severe gradually. PE: there was a lump at the size of 4.0cm X 5.5cm in the right radial extremity with slight elasticity and tender was obvious. Activities of right wrist joint were limited: which palmarflexes was about 25, and dorsiflexes 40. Radiographic findings showed that there was an expansive lesion resembling soap bubble located in the right radial extremity where epiphysis was infiltrated and cortical bone was attenuated. The histological examination done in our hospital revealed giant cell tumor II-grades. After routine pre-operative examinations and without contraindications, the extreme radius containing the whole tumor was excised while the wrist joint was reconstructed by auto-grafting proximal including fibular head at the same time. Follow-up at post-operation fourth month, X-film showed that there was much callus at the juncturepart of the fibula and radius. The follow-up of second year, there was no recurrence at the local part with a satisfaction of wrist joint functions: pronation was 50 , and supinatoin 60, and palmarflexes 45, and dorsiflexes 65, and radial deviation 15, and ulnar deviation 10.
