The central of bottom layer was used to place ?bait that attracts cockroaches crawling through slope of bottom to the midst layer. The midst layer has small doors and groove which form slope. The top layer was a lucidity cover. It was found that the appetite-of P. americana imago achieves the maximum when its density is 5774 per stere. The cockroach trap lures roaches with natural attractants which are corn, legume, vegetable, and other ordinary food. Indian meal, powdery yeast, honey and butter were selected to make bait.
