| This article is meant to study and explore the role of the combination of herba agrimoniae, spica prunellae and rhizoma zedoariae in treating cancer . It's theoretically believed that the imbalance of zang-fu organs ,yin-yang and qi-blood and the accumulation of phlegin , stasis , damp , and qi in the body are important pathogenesis of cancer while scattering and withdrawing are one of the basic treating methods . Based on this ,the 3 medicinal herbs above are selected and put in the appropriate combination. This study observes the effect of this combination on such indicators as IL-2 , TNF , the weight of tumor , etc . It turned out that this combination composed of the 3 herb is capable of improving life quality of animals , controlling the grow of tumor and improving immune function of animals . All this suggests that the combination can prevent and treat cancer and its complications from many perspectives, such as IL-2-, TNF, the weight of tumor can direct our clinical practice.
