| Object To observe the therapeutic effect of ShenMaiJiangTang Granules in treating senile diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 Patients with senile diabetes mellitus were randomly classified into two groups, in treated group patients(n=30) were treated by ShenMaiJiangTang Granules and in control group patients(n=30)were treated by ShenQiJiangTang Granules , eight-week was a course of treatment . Results ShenMaiJiangTang Granules could ameliorate the clinical symptoms of the patients obviously, especially to the fatigue and breathe hard. The difference was significant compared to the control group (P<0.05). Meantime, the patients' blood sugar>GHbA1c blood fat and ameliorate peripheral circulation abated obviously. The difference was significant compared to the control group (P<0.05). The statistical results showed that the total rate of effect in treated group was 90.00%, the total rate of effect in control group was 70.00%. Between two groups have remarkable difference (P<0.05), the efficiency of ShenMaiJiangTang Granules in the treated group is better than that of control group. Conclusion ShenMaiJiangTang Granules has sure curative effect in treating senile diabetes mellitus. It is worth studying deeply and developing further. |
