Objetive:l.To study pharmacodynamics of xiao-yan-tangji anti-metastasizing LA795adenocarcinoma of lung mouse.2.To observe the effect of xiao-yan-tangji on tumour new vascularization andexpression of VEGF and nm23-Hl, discussing ariti-metastasizing mechanism ofxiao-yan-tangji.Methods:l.Duplicateing spontaneous lung-metastasis mouse model by injecting LA795 cellsliquor in subaxillary , studying pharmacodynamics of xiao-yan-tangjianti-metastasizing LA795 adenocarcinoma of lung mouse.2.1mmunohistochemistry was used to detect microvessel endothelial area andexpression of VEGF and nm23-Hl in tumour constitution, discussing anti-metastasismechanism of xiao-yan-tangji.Results:Xiao-yan-tangji posses action of postponing or restraining metastasis. 2.Restrainingnew vascularization and expression of VEGF, rising expression of nm23-H 1.Conclusion:Repressing transplantation tumor growth of xiaoyan-tangji is weaker, deferring theemergence of thecachexia, deferring and repressing metastasis, and present a certaindosage dependence.
