Objective:To observe the prevention mechanism of the acupuncture . moxibustion and total glycosides from cornus officinalis (TGCC)on osteoporosis by analyze the biochemical variability of the ovariectomized rats'bone-metabolism.. Method:The 70 rats were divided randomly into 7 groups, namely control, model, acupuncture ,moxibustion, low-dosage TGCC, middle-dosage TGCC and high-dosage TGCC group. Excluding the control group, the rest 6 groups were cut off the ovaries. From the fourth day the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncturing the "shen shu" point and "san yin jiao" point. Every point was treated Imin, reinforced and reduced properly ,without keeping needle on , once a day .Moxibustion group was applied moxibustion 5min on the same point, once a day. TGCC groups were given 8ml liquid condensed once a day .The model group was given 8ml distillation water. Disposed for 60 days successively ,the groups were all stopped treating. The text day we took the blood and urine to test the content of the Ca, P, Alp, ?, BGP and Dpd . Result:1. The content of ALP,Dpd of model group was higher than the control group ,the different is significant(P<0,01).But the content of E2,BGP of the model group was lower than the control group.(P<0.01)It showed the model was success,and the model belong to high-turn type.2. Compared with the model group,the content of ALP,E2,BGP of the acupunture,moxibustion and middle-dosage TGCC group were much higher(P<0.01),And the content of BGP of high-dosage TGCC group was also higher than the model group(P<0.05),except the low-dosage TGCC group,the content of Dpd of others treatment groups were lower than the model group(P<0.01).It showed the acupunturex moxibustion -, high-dosage and middle-dosage TGCC could promote the formation of bone while inhibit the absorption of bone.3.Compared with the moxibustion group,the content of BGP of acupunture was lower, the different is significant(P<0.05),and there was not significant differentbewteen these groups.It showed the moxibustion was super to acupunture on protect the bone inhibit the absorption of bone.4. Compared with the middle-dosage TGCC group, the content of BGP, Dpd of the acupunture group was lower(P<0.01),and there was not significant different bewteen these groups.It showed the middle-dosage TGCC was super to acupunture on protect the bone and The content of BGP,Dpd of acupunture group were super to the high and low-dosage TGCC groups,statistically, the different was significant(P<0.01) It showed the acupunture was super to high and low-dosage TGCC on protect the bone inhibit the absorption of bone.5. Compared with the middle-dosage TGCC group,the content of Dpd of moxibustion was higher(P<0.01),and there was not significant different bewteen these groups.It showed the middle-dosage TGCC was super to moxibustion on inhibit the absorption of bone. The content of BGP, Dpd of moxibustion group were super to the high and low-dosage Chinese herbs groups, statistically, the different was significant(P<0.01). It showed the moxibustion was super to high and low-dosage TGCC on protect the bone inhibit the absorption of bone.6.The content of BGP,dpd,Ea,ALP of the middle TGCC group is superior to the others TGCC groups(P<0.01).It showed the middle TGCC groupwas the best among the TGCC groups.7.The content of Ca,P of all groups were not significant different (P>0.05). It showed ovariectomized rat could recovery the content of the Ca and P to normal. Conclusion:1. Acupuncture > moxibustion and TGCC can promote the formation of bone while inhibit the absorption of bone.2. The TGCC and moxibustion are super to acupunture on protect the bone, and the TGCC is super to moxibustion and acupunture on inhibit the absorption of bone.3. Acupuncture > moxibustion and TGCC can promote the content of ? of the body. It shows the function of acupuncture N moxibustion and TGCC is resemble with the effect of ?. |
