Experimental Study On The Apoptosis Effects Of Dan XuanKou Jiao On Fibroblast In Oral Submucous Fibrosis

Objective: To observe the effective nechanism of Dan Xuan Kou Jiao (DXKJ)on apoptosis of fibroblast in oral submucous fibrosis.Method: 40 rats were divided randornly into four groups,and 10 in each .the model of oral submucous fibrosis were established by injected solution of AANE into the rats'oral submucous in chaps.After the models have been established,any disposal was bing done in the normal groups; normal saline solution were injected into the rats' oral submucous in chaps of the black groups;the injection of Lei Gongteng were injected into the rats' oral submucous in chaps of the western medicine groups(the LGT groups);and the injection of DXKJ were injected into the rats' oral submucous in chaps of the Chinese traditional medicine groups(the DXKJ groups).All rats will be executed after two months and the index of apoptosis and the content of Bcl-2 of fibroblast were examined in each group'oral submucous in chaps.Result: After 8 weeks, the index of apoptosis and the content of Bcl-2 of fibroblast have significantly difference between each group(P < 0.01). The index of apoptosis of the DXKJ groups and the LOT groups were significantly higher than in the normal groups and the black groups(P < 0.01),but the content of Bcl-2 of fibroblast were lower than in the normal groups and the black groups(P < 0.01).At the same time,the index of apoptosis of the DXKJ groups were higher than in the LGT groups,the content of Bcl-2 of fibroblast of the DXKJ groups were lower than the LGT groups(P < 0.05).But the index of apoptosis and the content of Bcl-2 of fibroblast of the normal groups were near to the black groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: DXKJ can ameliorate oral submucous micro-circulation,it can by and by get off oral submucous fibrosis in rats by getting down the content of Bcl-2 of fibroblast.So it can make the oral submucous of having been fibrosis turn into the normal submucous.
