Objective to study relationship between coagulation and anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA) in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).Methods Using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),they measured thelevels of 6-K-PGF1α protein C(PC), protein S(PS), anti-Annexin Vantibodies(aANX), and associated with ACA condition. Results ACA positive ratio of 40 RSA patients is 49.5%, and that of normal control(5/40) is 12.5% (P<0.001). Mean concentration (+SD) of 6-K-PGF1α PC, PS, aANX in ACA-positive patients are 11.363 ?0.668pg/mK 2.125 ?1.303ng/mK 10.762 ?1.513ng/mK 11.962?.26lpg/ml,in ACA-negative patients 18.457?.912 pg/ml, 3.177 ?.184 ng/mK 15.863 + 1.137 ng/ml. 9.362 + 1.345 pg/ml, in normal control 20.013 + 1.133pg/mK 4.716?.070 ng/mK 22.772?.362 ng/mK 5.830?1.784 pg/mL Compared to ACA-negative patients and normal controls, there exists the levels of 6-K-PGF1α PC PS decreasing and aANX increasing ,and ACA-positive patients are more prominent than those whose ACA are negative (P<0.05).Conclusion ACA-positive RSA patients may lead to decreasing of anticoagulation effect, and thrombus in the placenta. So therapy of anticoagulation may prevent abortion.
