Blood is regarded as an important biotic recourse. Blood transfusion is one of the most important ways to save life. But qualified blood can only comes from the healthy body. Non-remunerated blood donation is an ideal model advocated by WHO. In the past ten years, different international organizations have frequently appeal to governments and Red Cross of different countries to give publicity to blood donation and prohibit the sale of blood present as commodity. This study serves as a model by discussing the present situation and tendency of U.S.A, Japan, France and some other district. Stating the characteristic and facilities of blood stations under the non-remunerated model. Comparing the construction among the four blood center in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing. Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of enforced plan. Founding the countermeasure of Chongqing non-remunerated blood donation. Exploring the way to develop the donation work in the countryside. Developing in a good way, the non-remunerated blood donation work still needs to be improved. Vigorous measures should be adopted to promote the work sustainablly.
