JIYANLING capsule have an effect upon EAM rats' weight: The increase of EAM modle rats' weight is slower than blank group and CFA group in velocity which take on a remarkable distinction at the day of ninth and eighteenth separately, P<0.05. The weight of every JIYANLING dose group rats has increased obviously, compared with EAM modle group which appeared remarkable distinction at 6th, 16th and 19th , P<0.05 or P<0.01.2. JIYANLING capsule have an effect upon EAM rats' clinic symptom: Prednisone can improve EAM rats' clinic symptom obviously which is compared with modle group, P<0.01. The rats' clinic symptom of every JIYANLING dose group has improved vary degress, high dose group and middle group(1.25±0.46,1.30±0.65)which are compared with modle group, P<0.01. Low dose group(1.62±0.37)is compared with modle group, P<0.05. Prednisone can enhance rats' intramuscular power obviously, this group is compared with modle group, P<0.01.The rats' intramuscular power of every JIYANLING dose group has enhanced in variety degress(305.7±72.91,250.9±57.79,296.8±84.39),compared with modle groupand prednisone group, P<0.01.4. JIYANLING capsule have an effect upon EAM rats' EMG: The musclar damage of EAM modle group rats is severity which is compared with the forelimb and hallux of blank group, average time limit(3.51±0.39 )is shorten and average amplitude (176.41±61.3)is depressed, P<0.01.
