The Association Of Hla-drb1Alleles With Polymyositis/Dermatomyositi And Their Clinical Index In Guangxi Hans

Objective Studying of Han nationality in Guangxi polymyositis/dermat-omyositis and their clinical indicators and the correlation of HLA-DRB1alleles.Methods Using the PCR-SSP method,Three generations of parents are the han nationality, guangxi region of PM/DM patients62cases and120normal on the han nationality HLA-DRB1alleles correlation, well as interstitial pneumo-nia, and anti-Jo-1antibodycorrelation analysis with the HLA-DRB1alleles.Results1.62cases of han nationality PM/DM patients and120cases of normal Chinese person to HLA-DRB1alleles association study results:Compared with the control, PM/DM group HLA-DRB1*03, HLA-DRB1*1201allele frequency significantly higher, the difference was statistically sig-nificant(OR=2.629, P=0.026; OR=3.342, P=0.001), whereas the alleles HLA-DRB1*04, HLA-DRB1*07significantly reduce the frequency, the difference was statistically significant (OR=0.182, P=0.001; OR=0.231, P=0.001).2. The han nationality DM patients in49cases and120cases of normal Chinese person to HLA-DRB1alleles association study results: Compared with the control,DM group alleles HLA-DRB1*03,HLA-DRB1*1201significantly higher frequency,the difference was statistically si-gnificant(OR=3.214,P=0.008；OR=3.589,P=0.001),whereas the alleles HLA-DRB1*04,HLA-DRB1*07frequency is reduced and the difference was statisti-cally significant(ORi0.234,P=0.006；OR=0.245,P=0.004).3.13cases of the han nationality PM patients and120cases of normal Chinese person to HLA-DRB1alleles association study results:PM group alleles and normal control group,compared to the statistics analysis,there were no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).4.Interstitial pneumonia,fight Jo-1antibody and HLA-DRB1alleles asso-ciation study results:Compared with the normal control group,PM／DM with interstitial pneu-monia group,fight Jo-1antibody positive group alleles HLA-DRB1*1201were significantly higher frequency,a statistically significant difference were(OR=6.800,P=0.000；OR=22.667,P=0.000).Conclusion (1)Allele HLA-DRB1*03,HLA-DRB1*1201May be the re-gion of guangxi han PM／DM susceptibility genes,and HLA-DRB1*04,HLA-DRB1*07May is to protect the genes.(2)Alleles of HLA-DRB1*1201positive Guangxi region Han PM／DM patients may be more likely to have interstitial pneumonitis,anti-Jo-1ant.bodies.
