Experimental Study On Renal Cortex Microcirculation After High-voltage Electrical Contact Injury

Objective: By observing the alternation of Renal Cortex Microcirculation (RCM) at early period after high-voltage electrical (HECI) contact injuried rabbits to study its regularity and explore the pathophsiological mechanism of renal , in order to make the reference for renal injuried after electrical burning.Methods: Randomly divided 20 adult rabbits into two groups, HECI group (experiment group) and Not-HECI group (control group), each contains 10 rabbits, depilated one percent(1%) total body surface area of all the rabbits' left front limbs and left hind limbs and then anesthize them, later anatomy the abdominal cavity of these rabbits, expose renal , then observe the normal RCM and measure the renal cortex hemoperfusion (RCHP), later imitated the model of HECI, i.e the voltage at 10000V, the electric current at 1.85±0.25A and the electric shock time in 5sec, then observe their RCM and measure the RCHP by WX-9B microscope and LISCA Laser Doppler Hemoperfusion image instrμment again in specific time points (0,0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.5, 6.0,7.0,8.0hours after HECI), at the same time took the RCM sequential photos and RCHP photos. SAS and SPSS statistics software were used in the statistic analysis of the data.Results: The alternation of RCM and RCHP were apparent after the rabbits were electric contact injuried, which includes the changes of the capillary morphologic,capillary density,hemoperfusion amount and circμmference condition of capillary etc. Normal capillary diameter: 9.70±2.16μm, capillary density: 23.20±3.52个, perfusion value: 2.60±0.73V, on the time of injurying , capillary diameter : 5.95±1.52μm, capillary density: 7.80±2.17个, perfusion value: 1.41±0.45V, after 1 hour of HECI, the disordered RCM ameliorate gradually, but within the 1 to 8 hours after HECI, perfusion value let up little by little, the capillary has the tendence of dilatation, but the alternation of capillary density is not apparent. on the 4.5 hours after HECI, the exsudation of capillary becomes significant , on the 6 hours after HECI, the hemorrhage of capillary also becomes significant , after 3 hours of HECI, the capsular dilatation of capillary happened. Conclusions: After the rabbits were injured by high-voltage electric , microcirculation disorder happened, for the effection of the body's compensation, after HECI, microcirculation disorder ameliorated little by little. Under the high electric current, capillary was severe injuried, within 1 hour to 8 hours after HECI, hemodynamics have the changes, for as capillary exsudation,capillary hemorrhage and capsular dilatation. In addition organ,tissue and cell didn't get good perfusion.
