With my experience in managing the hospital for several years, I'm going to talk on the medical service from various vespectives in this document. During the days of economy planning, the hospitals only paid attention to the everyday services, but ignored the important functions of the medical service to the two kinds of infere-sts mentioned. In this document, Ill change this care from the role of the medical service management. By strengthening the medical service management and exploring the medical service market, We can then provide the best medical service for the patients and help the hospitals get the most service interest by improving the quality of the medical service so as to create a new era of the hospital administration under the social market economy.
