| Objective: To observe the effect of Bushengutai Decoction on the recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA), Bushengutai Decoction which didn't stop to be used in menstrual period and to explore their mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly :the treatment group and the control group. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment. Meanwhile the levels of ACA, AsAb, BA, NK cells, TNF- a and IFN- y of the blood plasma were measured. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 80.00%. There was not significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05) .Though there was no difference between the treatment group and the contral group, the date of the treatment group was higher than that of the contral group. After the treatment, the level of AC A , AsAb, NK cells , TNF-α and IFN-γ of treatment groups was significantly decreased, while BA were improved. Conclusions: Bushengutai Decoction could moderate the immunity function and clinical symptom. |
