Clinical Study Of Gu Tai Decoction Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin Treatment On Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion(Kidney-deficient And Blood-stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gu Tai Decoction and Low Molecular Weight Heparin(LMWH)treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,provide a effective and reliable treatment for clinical application.Methods: Choose the inclusion criteria of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion 90 cases,and were randomly divided into A Group(with traditional theories + Gu Tai Decoction +LMWH),B Group(with traditional theories +LMWH),Control Group(with traditional theories).clinical efficacy,groups and improve fetal symptoms before and after treatment,signs of survival rate.Results: 1.After treatment,three groups of patients with 12 weeks gestation survival rate: A Group survival rate of 90.0%,B Group survival rate of 72.4%,Control Group survival rate of 34.4%(p<0.05),A Group included fetal survival rate is the highest,the lowest rate of abortion.2.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),TCM syndromes curative effect rate,A Group is 93.3%,B Group is 72.4%,control Group is 41.4%(p<0.05).3.After using LMWH,some patients has slight side effect,majority can self-healing,minority after symptomatic treatment to normal.A Group side effect rate lower than B Group(p>0.05).Conclusion: Gu Tai Decoction and LMWH can significant improve the clinical effect rate in patients with URSA,and have slight side effect,is safe andreliable for pregnant women or fetuses.
