| Objective To investigate the relationship of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and precancerous lesion of stomach and gastric cancer in animal .Methods Sixty of two-grade C57BL/6 little female rats were randomly divided into Hp group and Hp+MNNG group and MNNG group and comparison group . In 12 weeks after the rats of Hp group and Hp+MNNG group were infected with SS1 Hp strain , the Animals of Hp group and MMNG group begin to receive 100μg/ml of MNNG in the drinking water for five months . The other groups keep on drinking distilled water for five months. All animals were sacrificed after the above treatment . Histopathological feature of the glandular stomach were assessed by HE staining . Results By the end of the study , all rats were survival . Hp was detected in all infected rats .The precancerous lesion had developed in two experimental rat in the Hp+MNNG group . Adenomatous hyper plasia were observed in two groups , but its incidence in the Hp+MNNG of experiment were 40℅ , higher than that of the MNNG group (6.67℅) (P<0.05) .The incidence of atrophic gastritis in Hp group and Hp+MNNG group were 66.67℅ ,80℅ respectively , significantly higher than that of the MNNG group and comparison 20℅ , 0 respectively (P<0.01) , however in gastric body no difference (P>.05) . Conclusion We demonstrated that long-term Hp infection could induce the chronic active and atrophic gastritis in animal model , increase the sensitivity of glandular gastric mucosa to carcinogen , and promote the incidence of pre-carcinomatous lesion . |
