| Based on reviewing systematically the literature and data of west medicine and traditional Chinese medicineon diabetesmellitus (DM) with diabetogeneous myocarydiopathy from ancientry to modern times,we demonstrated qi-yin deficiency, blood stasis were the pathogenesis of DC. The basic therapeutic method was supplementing qi, nourishing yin and activating blood accordingly. Recipe tangxinkang created by Prof. Jiangdeyou who had lots of experience in treating DC had got satisfied curative effect. To validate its pharmacody effects, we experimentalized about effect of medicine. The result showed:(l)The clone of myocardial damage models of diabetic rats has been made successfully. (2) Tangxinkang has good effects in decreasing glucose and fat in blood and reducing myocardial energical metabolism dysfunction. (3) Tangxinkang is able todecrease myocardial damage models of diabetic rats(4) Tangxinkang is able to increase the numberof PKC of cell cytoplasm pumpand. decrease the numberof PKC of cell membrane pump.The result above not only provide objective basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine preventing and treating diabetogeneous myocardiopathy, but also reveal mechanism.
