Experiment Study On The Improvement Of The Senile State Of Mice Using Yanling Pills

Objective: The objective of the experiment which used D-gal in including female mice to set up aging model is to explore the anti-aging function of Yanling pill.Methods: Selecting kunming species mice, female, and randomly deviding into five groups, ten mice in every group, which including three treatment control groups, a model group and a blank control group. The subacute senile mice models were set up by the induction effect of D-gal. Three treatment control groups were treated with Liuweidihuang pill. Nilestrid, mixture of v-e and c, Yanling pill respectively. After 8 weeks ,through applying stress test, learning test, memory test and bone structure detection, and observing the survival time, living ability, reaction time, number errors, bone calcium content, bone tissue and bone structure of different mice groups to compare among five groups.Results: Yanling pill can strengthen stress response enhance learning and memory ability, improve bone tissue, increase bone calcium content of mice. The results show that there is remarkable difference among all groups by the analysis of statistics P<0.05 p<0.01.Conclusions: Yanling pill has the effect of anti-aging and improving senile state to the mice which were aged by the induction of D-gal.
